    Choose your departure and party size and send your request. Nothing is charged and no card details are collected.

    We personally verify availability

    A member of our reservations team checks the departure, the accommodation and your requirements, usually within one business day.

  3. 03

    Receive your written confirmation and invoice

    You receive the departure, party size, room arrangement, hotel, total price, currency and cancellation terms in writing, together with a formal invoice.

  4. 04

    Complete payment by bank transfer

    Full prepayment is made by bank transfer against that invoice. A receipt is issued for every payment received.

  5. 05

    Your journey is confirmed

    Your place is confirmed and your final itinerary, hotel details and on-the-ground contacts follow before departure.

Online card payment is being introduced. Until it is available, confirmed reservations are settled by bank transfer against a formal invoice.
