What happens after you apply
Immediately
You receive a reference
Your request is recorded with a reference number shown on screen. Nothing is charged and no card details are collected.
Within one business day
A person verifies availability
Your request is read by our reservations team, who personally confirm the departure, the accommodation and anything you asked about.
Then
A written confirmation and invoice
You receive the departure, party size, room arrangement, hotel, total price and cancellation terms in writing, with a formal invoice payable by bank transfer. You are under no obligation until you accept it.
